Eligibility

All employees are eligible to participate in the Program.  However, a minimum annual contribution amount of at least $200.00 is required.

New Enrollment – Getting Started

Enrollment Changes

If you are currently participating in the program and would like to stop contributions, make a change to your contribution amount, or change your investment provider, go to the Enrollment Changes page for instructions.

 

Investment Options

The program currently has over 60 insurance carriers and investment providers authorized to receive your TSA contributions.  A list may be obtained on the Investment Options page.

Fee Disclosure

The Program is administered by the State of Hawaii Department of Education and the Third Party Administrator (TPA) National Benefit Services, LLC.  Program administration costs are paid by each participating investment company and are not directly paid by employees.  However, each individual investment company and investment option will have fees associated with investments they offer.  Consult with your investment provider or agent for more information.
