employees are eligible to participate in the Program. However,
a minimum annual contribution amount of at least $200.00 is
required.

Fee Disclosure
The Program is
administered by the State of Hawaii Department of Education and the Third
Party Administrator (TPA) National Benefit Services, LLC.
Program administration costs are paid by each participating
investment company and are not directly paid by employees.
However, each individual investment company and investment
option will have fees associated with investments they offer.
Consult with your investment provider or agent for
more information.
